We do not collect analytics, device identifiers, location data, or any other automatically collected information. The app does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services.

2. How We Use Your Information

The invite code you optionally provide is used solely to:

• Retrieve timer routines from our server
• Provide access to shared routine collections

We do not use your information for:

• Marketing or promotional purposes
• Selling or sharing with third parties

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All app settings and custom routines are stored locally on your device using secure device storage (AsyncStorage). This data remains on your device and is not accessible to us or any third parties.

3.2 Server Communication

When you provide an invite code, the app communicates with our server at https://kalaxai.com/kalax to retrieve routines. This connection uses HTTPS encryption.

3.3 Data Retention

• On Your Device: Data persists until you delete the app or clear app data.
• On Our Servers: We do not store your invite code. It is used only at the moment of the request to retrieve routines.

4. Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

• Notifications: To display timer progress in the status bar when the app is in the background. No personal data is included in notifications.
• Audio Playback: To play alert sounds when timer steps complete, even when the app is in the background or the device is locked.

5. Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or social media platforms.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. The app does not require age verification and is designed to be used by all ages without collecting personal data.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is not disclosed to anyone except as required by law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: All your data is stored locally on your device and is accessible to you at any time.

Our server is located in Hungary. When you request routines using an invite code, your request is processed on our European server. No personal data is stored or transferred to other regions.
